Eaglexit is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for your donations. 

​Our current urgent need is funds for our Legal support. Our attorneys have been working on our charter, legal brief and our petition. We have spent $73,000 on legal expenses since 2022 and still have pending legal fees. We are finalizing our transition plan for detachment and have consulting fees to address.
​Thank you for considering donating to our cause. With technical approval of our submittals to the Local Boundary Commission (LBC), we can go to the people and start collecting signatures.
